DT reported 4Q05 net profit falling 43% to €989m, but growing 66% to €1bn excluding special items. 4Q05 sales gained 5% to €15.5bn. T-Mobile reported an EBITDA of €2.5bn, up 20%. T-Com (fixed unit) sales fell 1% to €6.2bn with an EBITDA of $2.5bn, up 3%. 2005 EBITDA rose 6% to €20.7bn; Capex was €7.2bn, and debt was reduced to €38.6bn.

T-Mobil USA posted $1.1bn in 4Q05 OIBDA and $4.2bn in 2005 OIBDA (up 67%). Net income in the quarter was $ 3bn. 2005 revenues were $4bn, up 22%.

Polkomtel (Poland) increased its full-year net profit by 16% to $338m, on revenues of $ 2.1bn , up 13%.

Slovak Telekom reports decreasing sales at €433m, down 5%, falling EBITDA at €181m, down 13%.
