Siemens Communications has named Berndt Baumgartl as the new President and CEO of the company.

Jean-Louis Constanza, CEO of Tele2' s French unit and market area director for Southern Europe, has resigned. He will be replaced by Oliver Anstett as CEO French unit and by Andrea Filippetti, will be the new Southern Europe director in addition to its position of CEO of Tele2 Italy.
