Motorola appoints Jose R. Figueroa as Corporate Vice President and Regional Manager of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Motorola Networks. It also announced the appointment of Margaret Rice-Jones as corporate vice president and general manager of its core networks business.
