China : finally 3G

We are going closer of the time when China is beginning large-scale number distribution. For the TD-SCDMA Industry Alliance, it will be in 4Q07. At that time, it will make available handsets to customers, meaning that building large-scale commercial TD-SCDMA network is being conducted now, and that testing will be completed in 3Q07. That also means that 3G licenses will be granted after the construction of TD-SCDMA networks is completed, therefore around October.
