Skype targets VSEs

Skype is launching a new package targeted at very small enterprises (VSEs), including Skype software, a Plantronics Bluetooth headset, a Skype for Business Control Panel (to manage communications) and an access to its site Skype for Business. On that market, key features are security, connectivity and interoperability, and cost. If Skype has a competitive advantage on cost, it will have to testify that security and interoperability are basic parts of its offer.
