Financial concerns on the European Galileo project. Galileo, the European positioning service, could run out of money within three weeks, as the German government has refused to inject more money in the project as long as no agreement is found on which companies are paid to establish the network, the share of contracts going to France and Italy, and the Galileo's control center that it wants to be in Munich. The Galileo rollout could be delayed.
