Nortel wins managed contact center deal from Bharti Tele-Ventures. It has deployed HSDPA technology for Partners (Israel)

Spirent has won a China Mobile order for testing its 3G core network performance.

Nokia has launched HSDPA solution in the Philippines for Smart Communications.

Ericsson has signed a five-year managed services partnership deal with Vodafone NL. It also signed a $23m order from Palestinian mobile operator Jawwal for its GSM network expansion.

Alcatel has signed a $29m GSM network expansion order with Shanxi Mobile Communication, a subsidiary of China Mobile.

Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, NEC and Siemens will supply equipment to Thailand's Advanced Info Service under a $120m global order.
