Etisalat (UAE) posted 1Q05 revenues of $ 828m, up 23%, and net profit of $ 278m, up 24%.

China Netcom reported 2004 net profit of $ 1.1bn (vs. loss in 2003), on revenues of $ 7.8bn, up 8%.

Vimpelcom (Russia) announced 4Q04 net profit of $ 84m (+28%) on sales of $636m (+56%). For the full year, net profit was $350m on revenue of $2.15bn.
