LATAM mobile survey: according to 3GSM Americas, the LATAM region customer base grew to 98m in August 05, or a 43% market share, up 4 points. CDMA users account for 25% market share, stable. GSM is growing three times faster than CDMA, gaining most of ex-TDMA users. TDMA still constitutes the second largest technology with remaining about 32% market share. In total, LATAM had some 207m mobile users in June 05.
