SingTel announced $482m in 2Q05 profit (+14%), $1.9bn in revenues (+6.4%) and $0.97bn in EBITDA (+6%).

Vodafone delivered organic growth of 12% in proportionate subscriber base to 165m, while revenues grew 8.6%.

KDDI (Japan) said its group revenue dropped 0.8% to $6.6bn, while operating profit dropped 1.9% to $805m.

Telekom Malaysia posted a 50% fall in 1H05 pre-tax profit to $131m and revenues up 3.6% to $1.7bn.

Belgacom announced 1H05 net profit up 54% at €780m, while revenues rose 7.1% to €2.95bn. EBITDA slipped 4% to €1.15bn.

Telekom Austria doubled its quarterly profit to €76m, while sales were up 1.5% to € 1bn.

MTS (Russia) posts 12.2% fall in H1 profits to $190m and 4.5% increase in revenues to 1.1bn.

DT said 2Q05 net income jumped 63% to €943m, EBITDA climbed 5.1% to €5.2bn, and sales rose 2.6% to €14.7bn.

T-Mobile USA posted a customer base of 19.2m (+25%), an OIBDA of $1.1bn and a net income of $387m, up 60%. Revenues rose 9% to $6bn.

T-Online reported revenues of €522m, up 4%, while EBITDA declined 43% to €93m.

Intelsat reported 1H05 revenue of $583m, a net loss of $205m, an EBITDA of  $410m.

Iliad (France) posted 1H05 revenues of €338m, of which €260 in Internet services, and an EBITDA of €90m (+100%).

Telstra reported annual net profit of $3.4bn, up 8%, while sales rose 3.7% to $16.5bn.

Telecom Personal Argentina’ s revenues increased 63% to $340m.

Bouygues Telecom said revenue was €11.3bn, of which €2.2bn in telecom (up 25%).

Swisscom reported net profit of $470m in 2Q05 (+100%) and revenues of $1.95bn (down 2%).

China Mobile said its 1H05 net profit was $2.9bn, up 28%, on revenues of $13.8bn, up 33%. EBITDA rose 27% to $8.4bn.

China Unicom reported a net income falling 19% to $280m and revenues of $5.2bn (up 10%).
