• According to In-Stat, 2006 worldwide Wi-Fi RFID tag shipments reached 135,000. AeroScout is the market leader.

• ABI Research predicts that 3G would capture 30% of the cellular machine-to-machine (M2M) communications by 2012.

• OVUM has confirmed that PSTN access lines figures are generally declining, faster in developed countries (average of 5%+ or 8.7% for NTT) than in developing countries (average of 1.6%). Accordingly, PSTN revenues also declined (average of 5% last year).

• According to IDC, the European ERP applications market is reporting an healthy growth of just below 7% in 2006. IDC believes that this trend will continue.
