Cisco and NSN have signed an agreement to develop a standards-based network management OSS platform that will help service providers speed up the time it takes to launch new services. The deal combines Cisco' s expertise in IP networking with NSN' s end-to-end telecom capability and its Open EMS Suite for element management system (EMS).
