inCode Telecom Group predicts its Top 10 global wireless predictions for 2007. It is a good summary of what would be emerging mobile trends in 2007:

• Social networking goes mobile: Google, Yahoo, Skype

• Mobile TV yet only for early adopters

• Cheaper multi-function devices; under $90 for a 3G multi-function handset

• GPS-enabled handsets widely available and LBS services taking off;

• China and India leading the mobile market, with the perspective of 4G

• Mobile advertising would boom, with brands subsidizing handsets and services;

• Mobile moves into the home entertainment (with femtocell, WiFi/HSDPA routers);
