A few set of market information released this week:

• According to In-Stat, APAC mobile gaming revenues reached $1.6bn in 2005, with Japan and S. Korea accounting for 50%, and would reach $4.4bn by 2010.

• Digital cable set-top-boxes shipments are expected to quadruple to 12m units and $586m in China in 2010, according to In-Stat.

• Frost & Sullivan forecasts that the APAC – Japan 3G market should grow at a CAGR of 50% to 178m subscribers by 2011.
