Alvarion is selling its Cellular Mobile unit for $15m to LG Wireless, and targets to focus on WiMAX. Alvarion reports that it has more than 120 active WiMAX trials up and running.

ZTE will distribute its products in India through privately-owned MCorpGlobal, a unit of the BK Modi group.

SAP (Germany) is rumored to be interested in buying Telcordia (US).
