Siemens has signed a 40m GSM contract with Sotelma, Republic of Mali.
Nokia got a $212m GSM/GPRS/EDGE expansion contract from Total Access Communications PLC, or DTAC. It also provides Finnish mobile virtual network operator Saunalahti with equipment for converged networks (WLAN and cellular).
