21CN upgrade plan

BT gives details on how it will implement its 21st Century Network (21CN): the first stage of the migartion will take place in Cardiff region until March 07. About 10% of subscribers in Cardiff and the surrounding area will be upgraded. By summer 07, BT targets to have migrated 350,000 customer lines, of which 90,000 could be broadband. It will proceed to upgrade all U.K. customers (or 30m lines) from January 2008.
