EU proposes regulation to protect children

The European Commission announced a study of the dangers facing children from mobile video and picture messages, and may propose continent-wide regulation to protect them. Porn, abusive or obscene messages can be sent to Children 's handsets, and only few EU countries have legislation protecting minors from harmful content transmitted by phones.
