Not only mobile phones are suspected to bring brain tumor or other high-frequency radiation effects, but now doctors have warned against using mobile phones during thunderstorm. Several people were struck by lightning while using their handset during a thunderstorm. In fact the problem is more general and is related to the usage of metal objects during a storm. Yes, it is safer to shut down and leave away its mobile phone or any other metallic box during thunderstorms. But who cares? The phenomenon is rare and education, while necessary, is hopeless. Take care nevertheless!
