Telcel (Mexico) has launched  mobile TV services.

DoCoMo plans to make all its models compatible with GSM standards, so they can be used in more than 130 countries. Under the new system, DoCoMo mobile phone users would also be able to use its i-mode Internet services in over 70 countries.

SFR (France) will broadcast Canal+ Mobile, a mobile TV service based on pay-TV Canal+ in France.

CGBC is a new MVNO, hosted by Orange, France, and launched by Jean-Louis Constanza , former Tele2 France CEO and VP  South Europe.
