3GPP release 6 specs finalized

Specifications for 3GPP Release 6 are finalized. 3GPP Release 6 includes numerous new features, such as High Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA) to complement HSDPA, the second phase of IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), inter-working with Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN), Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS), and Enablers for Push to talk (PoC).
