Need for cellular quality: Cellular phone customers agree that their wireless service is not as good as it should be. They would be willing to pay more for higher call quality from their cell phones, according to a Psytechnics survey. 72 % of respondents to the survey said they would be willing to pay higher fees for improved quality. Interestingly, 2/3 of respondents are also skeptical whether 3G will improve voice quality issues.
