China Telecom had almost 207m local telephone customers, 19.2m broadband customers and 55m Little Smart users, at the end of Sept.

Telkomsel (Indonesia) has 24m subscribers, and a 56% market share.

Etisalat (UAE) currently has 4.3 mobile users, 470k internet connections and 1.2m main lines.

Brazil Telecom currently has 1.7m mobile users, up 25%.

China Mobile has 234.9 mobile users, up 5% on June figure.
