M6 Mobile (France) currently has about 1m subscribers.

France reports 15.5m (+22%) broadband users in France at the end of 2007, of which 14.8m are ADSL. Unbundled lines account for 5m (of which 3.6m with total unbundling). Orange has 50% of ADSL lines, followed by Neuf Cegetel with 3.2m, and Free with 2.9m.

Uruguay: Antel had 155k ADSL users at the end of 2007.

Philippines: about 50m mobile subscribers at the end of 2007.

Turkcell (Turkey) said it had 35.4m mobile subscribers as of end-2007.

Chile had 14m mobile subscribers at the end of 2007, with a penetration rate of 84%.

Bangladesh had 36.5m mobile subscribers at the end of January.

Kenya announced 11.5m (+100%) mobile users at end-2007.
