Are French quitting FT ?
According to Arcep, the French regulator, there are about 15,000 unbundling demands each week in France, of which 10,000 for total unbundling and cutting the cord with FT. FT, however, says that about 10,000 users are turning back to FT after testing competitive offers. Main reason for the move is FT' s service quality.
A recent poll reveals that 60% of French are ready to quit FT and choose a competitive offer.
