Jorma Ollila will quit Nokia in Spring 06. Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, 52, will take over the CEO position. Simultaneously, Kai Öistämö will become president of Mobile Phones unit, and Robert Andersson will lead the Consumer & Market division.

De Benedetti quits its CEO position in Telecom Italia, and will become an outside consultant for the company.
