Mobile vendor orders - 15/9/05

Siemens has landed a 3G/W-CDMA deal with Tele2 in Latvia. The contract includes the expansion of existing GSM network, the introduction of circuit and packet core network elements as well as building a complete 3G/W-CDMA radio network in the country.

Siemens will supply HSDPA gear to T-Mobile for Germany and Austria.

UTStarcom received a contract to supply its C1160 CDMA1x handsets to City Cell (Bangladesh).
