Quality, quality !! According to a survey of UK magazine, Which?, about 11% of the 18m handsets sold last year in the UK could have been faulty. In the survey, differences between suppliers clearly appear: Nokia and Samsung were the most reliable (but having yet a 10% default level), while Motorola and Sony Ericsson can reach up to 20% wrong devices. Furthermore, handsets suppliers do not seem giving people the help they need when they complain……
