Ericsson is building a new Global Service delivery center in Bucarest, Romania.

Fujitsu is launching an hostile bid on GFI, a French software house, for €419m (+22% premium).

Safran plans to split its Sagem Comm. Division into two units, one focused on mobile telephony and another focused on broadband and high speed. In mobile telephony, Sagem sold 17m units in the French market down 1%, but sales were down 12% in 2006. Safran' s priorities are in Defense and Security.
