DoCoMo' subscribers to its flat-rate data communications billing plans "pake-hodai" and "pake-hodai full" were 10m at the end of April.

E-Plus (Germany) had 13.1m mobile customers, up 15%, at the end of March.

PLDT 5philippines) had 26m mobile subscribers (Smart and Pilipino Telephone) at the end of April.

SingTel announced its customer base reached 124m in the region, up 46%.

The USA added 2.9m broadband users in 1Q07, to a total of 56.2m.

Colombia' s internet subscriber base rose to 888k at the e,d of 2006, up 29%.

China ended March with 480m mobile customers and 370m fixed-line users. China Mobile had 316m users.

Vodafone Egypt had a customer base of 9.4m at the end of March.

Russia' s mobile subscriber base rose 17.5% to 155m at the end of March.

Hutchinson Essar (India) added 3.1m new mobile subscribers in 1Q07 to a total of 26.4m.

Hutchison Telecom' s customer base rose to 6.6m in 1Q07, up 16%. 3G customers in HK were 818k and 3G customers in Israel were 333k.
