A few set of market information released this week:

According to ABI Research, DoCoMo and Vodafone are topping new ABI' s mobile operator performance matrix. ABI analyses several criteria such as: CAPEX spend per user; non-voice revenue contribution; number and utility of applications and service deployments; EBITDA; share of the global subscriber market; and EBITDA margin.
The European Commission is calling upon the European telecom industry to make a decision on a single mobile broadcasting technology standard, ans supports the DVB-H as the best broadcasting technology. The EU commission assesses that mobile TV will generate €11.4bn in revenue globally in 2009, with around 50m handsets able to receive a mobile TV service.
According to Goldmedia, Germany would have 8.7m mobile TV users in 2012.
According to Infonetics, the worldwide WiMAX equipment market jumped 300% to $549m in 2006, and could increase 10-fold by 2010 to $5.6bn (of which $3.7bn for mobile WiMAX).
