Operator results - 14/03/07

Telecom Italia reports 2006 results with net income of €3bn, down 6%; revenues of €31.3bn, up 4.5%%; and an EBITDA of €12.9bn, up 3%. Results are slightly better than expected. Debt also is below the €38bn target at €37.3bn. The negative points are margins: both mobile and fixed operations margins respectively lost 2 and 0.5 points.
