Jim Balsillie, RIM' s CEO, and Mike Lazaridis, RIM's co CEO, will resign following an internal probe on improper accounting stock-options. Jim, however, will remain on the board.

William E. Kennard resigned from Sprint Nextel' s Board of directors, effective March 1.
