Ericsson has won a 3-year contract (sole supplier) to expand IDEA Cellular network in India.

Alcatel-Lucent was awarded a €0.6bn 3-year outsourcing contract by E-Plus in Germany. 750 E-Plus employees would be switched to Alcatel-Lucent under the deal.

Nokia and Telenor Pakistan have extended their existing frame agreement on GSM radio network equipment and services until 2009. Nokia will deliver over 2000 base stations.

RADCOM has received an order from Telemig Celular (Brazil) for its Omni-Q to monitor cellular and VOIP services.
