Alcatel-Lucent announced it has been awarded a contract by China Unicom to deploy a CDMA 2000 1xED-VO Rev A. in Macau.

Motorola will provide network planning for South African Neotel operator' s WiMAX and CDMA networks.

Nokia will integrate its customized remote mobile email platform into Wind' s network in Italy. It has won a managed services contract with T-Mobile in the Netherlands.

Ericsson will expand MTN (S. Africa) network across Africa and Middle East.
