Mostelecom (cable operator in Russia) has about 3m subscribers.

PLDT (Philippines) said it had 24m mobile subscribers at the end of 2006.

Ukraine's Kyivstar susbcriber base rose 3% in January to 22.2m mobile users.

Singtel (Singapore) reported a total mobile user base of 112m at the end of 2006, with a proportionate base of 42m (according to company ownership).

KDDI added 208k new subscribers in January, bringing its total user base to 27.2m.
