Reliance (India) added 1.4m new customers in dec. 06, bringing its total to almost 30m.

NRJ mobile (MVNO in France) reports 312k customers at year-end.

Amp'd (MVNO in the US) reports 100k subscribers at year-end, with ARPU of over $100, of which 30% from content and data services.

India ended 2006 with 105.4m mobile GSM subscribers.

Turkcell had 31.8m mobile subscribers at year-end, +14%.
