Siemens announced new VOIP Package, including Surpass hiQ 8000 softswitch, a set of "best-of-breed" gateways, and integration services.

Airspan Networks said it has signed a new OEM deal with a high-profile vendor for WiMAX gear. Airspan has already OEM deals with Fujitsu and Marconi. Ericsson could be the third.

Nokia has signed an OEM deal with Ubiquity software that calls for Nokia to offer Ubiquity's SIP Application Server as part of its IP Multimedia Subsystem solution.
