Nokia is powering Vodafone Australia' s HSDPA upgrade. It has signed 3-year frame agreement with Ukrainian operator Ukrtelecom to supply & 3G core and radio network.

Alcatel won three contracts worth €53m from China Mobile in Shaanxi and Jiangsu, for GSM and GPRS mobile phone networks expansion.

ZTE will build a 3G network in Lybia for Libyana.

Ericsson won its first 3G radio network in France with Bouygues Telecom. It got another 3G contract, this time from Telekom Srbija, Serbia.
