Turkcell (Turkey) has 23.4m mobile subscribers.

Vivo (Brazil) has about 27m mobile subscribers.

RomTelecom has over 4.3m fixed-lines and about 87k mobile subscribers.

Pakistan had more than 10m mobile subscribers at the end of April.

Central and Eastern Europe saw the total number of subscriptions in the region growing 25% to more than 72.5m.

Mexico: The regulator (Cofetel) announced 40.8m mobile subscribers (up 35%) at the end of March and 18.5m fixed lines (up 10%) or a teledensity of 17.7%.
