France Telecom will sell its France Telecom Mobile Satellite Communications (FTMSC) unit to Apax Partners for $76m. FT is getting out of the satellite communications business.

FT is also to sell its 54% stake in Pages Jaunes (phone directory) to Goldman Sachs and KKR for €3.4bn.
