Vendor results - 24/06/06

Motorola share went up almost 2% after a Merrill Lynch analyst upgraded Motorola saying the stock was cheap given the expectation of higher sales and profit margins.

UTStarcom is reporting a 1Q06 net loss of $10.6m (vs profit of $37m) on sales of $597m, down 51%.
