A few set of market information released this week:

• According to Dell'Oro, the total mobile infrastructure equipment market declined 15% in 1Q06 versus 4Q05, due to CDMA sales weakness and in spite WCDMA was the only technology that increased.

• According to ON World, iPod users are hoping Apple will add WiFi and VOIP on the magic converged mobile entertainment device. This could result in 100m consumer mobile VOIP users in 2011.

• According to In-Stat, the entire Ethernet switch market will continue to show strong results over the next several years. Total Layer 2/3/4-7 switch manufacturers' revenue will rise from c.a $15bn in 2005 to $18bn in 2009.

• According to Muniwireless.com, 193 US municipal Wi-Fi projects were planned as of April and 37 other networks were considered. More than $400m will be spent in 2007 in the US on muni wireless networks and nearly $700m during the next three years.

• According to UBS Securities, China could delay 3G licensing to next year, as the construction of the whole test network will not be finished until the third quarter of this year.

• According to comScore Networks, Google holds 43% of the US search market, ahead of Yahoo with 28% and Microsoft with 13%.
