VIA Advisors (Italy) won a 2-year contract to manage Ecuador's mobile operator Telecsa.

Penthera Technologies will provide Moneo (Crown Castle International) a carrier-grade mobile broadcast control and data system to manage DVB-H services. Moneo is facing competition from Qualcomm' s MediaFlo.

Siemens received two big orders, worth respectively $112m and $63m, from China Mobile and China Unicom, for GSM gear.
