Alcatel- Lucent organization

Alcatel and Lucent have organized their steering committee and working groups. The steering committee is made of an Integration project team and a steering council. The steering council comprises Mike Quigley, Alcatel''s president and chief operating officer, Jean-Pascal Beaufret, Alcatel' s CFO, Christian Reinaudo, for Alcatel; Frank D'Amelio, Lucent' s chief operating officer, John Kritzmacher, Lucent' s CFO and Janet Davidson, Lucent' s strategy group, for Lucent. The Integration project team includes Christian Reinaudo for Alcatel and Janet Davidson, for Lucent, supervising the working groups. Serge Tchuruk, Alcatel's chairman and chief executive, and Patricia Russo, Lucent' s chairman and CEO, will co-chair the overall integration process
