Kobi Alexander (CEO) , David Kreinberg (CFO) , and William Sorin (senior general counsel and corporate secretary), resigned from Comverse Technology.

Vodafone could employ Ian MacLaurin after its departure from the company as Chairman. It could be paid about €200k for a consultancy role.

Siemens announced it will cut another 1000 jobs at its telecom equipment segment. The Com division will already reduce its staff strength by 1,500 before July 2006.
