ALU is providing WiMAX Rev-e network for the University of Ireland and for VTEL in Georgia. It has signed a contract to deploy the Atlantic-Mediterranean segment of the 15,000 km, Europe India Gateway submarine cable. It will also supply a Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) solution to Suo Cable Net, Japan. It will supply GSM/EDGE gear to BTC/ Vivatel in Bulgaria. ALU announced that Dialog Telecom (Poland) has selected its convergent payment solution for its MVNO services. ALU has been awarded by Telekom Malaysia for an IP broadband access solution and services for triple play. Shentel (USA) has selected ALU to upgrade CDMA network for wireless broadband services in four US States.
