LHS is providing a billing platform to new 3G operator GloBul in Bulgaria.

Nokia has secured a new contract with Telefonica Moviles Ecuador to provide its MSC Server System. It secured an UMTS order from Telecom Italia for radio networks in five regions, services, terminals, service platforms and middleware.
