Microsoft will provide its Windows Mobile OS to DoCoMo. HTC will manufacture the Windows Mobile-based FOMA 3G handsets for DoCoMo. It is a gid change in DoCoMo' s strategy to control the development of its phones, and a move to Windows Mobile could signal a relaxation in its device strategy.
