ADC announced its FY1Q05 net sales rose 78% to $ $243m (but 10% proforma), of which 51% from international. Gross margin declined 6 points to 33.5%, while operating income dropped 73% to $ 2.2m. Broadband infra and access unit accounts for 75%+ of total revenues.

LogicaCMG posted annual revenues of £1.66bn, down 2.2%, and profit before tax of £ 97m, down 3%. IT services account for 86% of group revenues (23% in outsourcing and 7.7% in telecoms), and wireless for 14%.
